How to play Bridges
- Press New Game. Each island shows how many bridge-ends it needs.
- Tap two islands in the same row or column to build a bridge between them.
- Tap the pair again for a double bridge, and once more to remove it.
- Bridges never cross, and every island must join into a single connected network.

Tips & strategy
- An island numbered 8 in the middle needs a double bridge in all four directions — start there.
- A corner island showing 1 or 2 has only one or two directions, so its bridges are forced.
- No bridge may cross another, so a planned line blocks the perpendicular one.
- Keep connectivity in mind — don't finish a cluster that's cut off from the rest.
Frequently asked questions
What do the numbers mean?
Each number is the exact total of bridge-ends that island must have — counting a double bridge as two.
Can bridges cross?
No. Bridges run straight between islands and may never cross each other.
