Tips & strategy

  • Free the tiles that unlock the most underneath first — work the ends of long rows.
  • Tiles stacked on top block two tiles at once, so clear the upper layers early.
  • You can reach a dead end even on a solvable board; Shuffle is there to rescue the run.
  • Larger layouts aren't harder to match, just longer — pace yourself for the fastest time.

Frequently asked questions

Can every board be cleared?

Yes. Each board is generated by reverse-solving — laying matched pairs down in a legal order — so a full solution always exists, though careless matches can still strand you.

What makes a tile playable?

A tile is free when no tile covers it from above and at least one of its left or right neighbours is missing.

How is my score tracked?
